1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, OTHER UNITED STATES TERRITORIES, OR FOREIGN TERRITORIES), who are thirteen (13) years or older as of the date of entry, and are registered members of RoundBrushHair.com
2. REGISTRATION: To play the Promotion, you must be a registered member of RoundBrushHair.com. If you are not a registered member, please register here. Registration is free.
3. TIMING: Brackets can be submitted starting Sunday, March 14^th after Seed Selections. Bracket submissions end 12PM, Thursday March 18^th. Time is based on Eastern Standard Time.
4. HOW TO PLAY: The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most points by correctly selecting the "winning pick" for each of the sixty-three (63) match-ups associated with the Tournament. Choose the team you think will win each game leading up to the Championship game and select a national winner. In case of a tie, we will select the winner based on the tie-breaking score predictor. Every one (1) person can enter up to two (2) bracket submissions.
5. PRIZES: There will be one (1) national winner who selects their choice of Dominican hair products from our “combos” page which will be shipped to their home address provided in their registration form.
6. ENTRY ERRORS/ DISPUTES: RoundBrushHair.com is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
7. Gambling PROHIBITION: This Promotion is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling
8. OFFICIAL RULES; WINNERS LISTS: For a copy of the Official Rules and/or list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion (i.e., by May 2, 2010).
