Other Rules
- ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the
District of Columbia (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, OTHER UNITED STATES
TERRITORIES, OR FOREIGN TERRITORIES), who are thirteen (13) years or older
as of the date of entry, and are registered members of RoundBrushHair.com. Registered members are allowed up to (2) brackets. Members with more than (2) brackets may be disqualified from prizes.
- REGISTRATION: To play the Promotion, you must be a registered member of RoundBrushHair.com. Registration is free.
- TIMING: Brackets can be submitted starting Sunday, March 13th after Seed Selections. Bracket submissions end 12PM, Thursday March 17th. Time is based on Eastern Standard Time.
- HOW TO PLAY: The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most points by correctly selecting the "winning pick" for each of the sixty-three (63) match-ups associated with the Tournament. Choose the team you think will win each game leading up to the Championship game and select a national winner. In case of a tie, we will select the winner based on the tie-breaking score predictor. Every one (1) person can enter up to two (2) bracket submissions.
- PRIZES: There will be up to (16) city winners (5 after each round starting with the Sweet 16). These city winners are based off the locations of our Dominican salon sponsors who will provide free and discounted services to leaders after each round. The cities in which we have sponsors are GA, TX, VA, DC, MD, NC. There will be (3) National winners, 1st - 3rd place who will win gift certificates to free products from RoundBrushHair.com.
- ENTRY ERRORS/ DISPUTES: RoundBrushHair.com is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
- Gambling PROHIBITION: This Promotion is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.
- OFFICIAL RULES; WINNERS LISTS: For a copy of the Official Rules and/or list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion (i.e., by May 1, 2011).
